A new Engineering Educates series of challenges for 2024-2026!

Building on established success, the EngEd Robotics Challenge is developed in partnership with world-leading robotics researchers and innovators.

All resources are designed for 7-14 year olds, and are aligned to the National Curriculum for England and the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence.

The subject areas include Design & Technology, Computing, Science and Literacy. For a full breakdown of curriculum links for 2024-2025 challenges download this document.

Each challenge includes the following. They are not sequential which means you can pick and choose those that suit your pupils’ interests and how much time you have available.

Careers Chats profiling real-world engineers and robotics professionals

All lessons apply the Engineering Design Cycle so that learners authentically think and work as engineers by asking, designing, prototyping and improving.
