Cancellation of the 2020 International Robotics Showcase
We regret to announce the cancellation of the 2020 International Robotics Showcase, scheduled for 26th June, due to the ongoing threat posed by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
The International Showcase attracts hundreds of delegates each year from around the world, and after the World Health Organisation declared COVID-19 as a global pandemic, the UK-RAS Network Executive Committee deemed it necessary to cancel the event.
Our priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, staff, and exhibitors. With individuals attending the conference from all over the world, we know that this is both disappointing and challenging from a planning perspective, but it remains the right thing to do.
We will continue to promote any events — both real and virtual — that go ahead during UK Robotics Week 2020.
We hope you will join us in June 2021 for the next International Robotics Showcase event.
In what has become the centrepiece of the UK Robotics Week (#UKRW20), the International Robotics Showcase 2020 will be held at IET London on the 26th June 2020.
This one-day event will feature exclusive live demos of the latest UK innovations plus insights from world-renowned technologists.
